The pump Z3200 for gas carriers, gas tanks, semi-trailers tanks, SUG, propane-butane, GNS can be operated directly by means of the coupling from the electric motor, a hydraulic engine, a shaft of selection of power, or by means of the belt put in action by the electric motor.
We can offer you different complete sets of the pump Korken Z 3200, for example the pump separately, the connecting coupling (adapter) from the hydromotor to the pump, the pump with the coupling assembled, the pump with the coupling and a hydraulic engine, assembled.
The pump installed on tankers of the Z-3200 series of the Corken company is the volume rotor pump of special type known as the shiberny pump. The Shiberny pump has many advantages of volume gear pumps, plus ability to compensate wear and to work at low noise level.
The Shiberny pump consists of the rotor rotated by a cam (sleeve) which copes is non-central concerning a rotor; therefore replacement of liquid is distributed between a rotor, a cam and blades. Pumps of a series Z of the Corken company are issued with the blades made of polymers with expanded opportunities which have exclusively low coefficient of friction. Blades are self-regulating at wear that increases pump service life.
The pump Korken Coro-Flo is designed for pumping of the liquefied gas, ammonia and other "light" liquids. Optimum use of this pump is transfer with a small productivity on average height. The pump works silently, without vibration and a pulsation, and also is characterized by fail-safety of work and long term of operation when pumping flying liquids, such as the liquefied gas. The unique design of the turbine provides a free constant channel in a pump housing thanks to what the efficiency coefficient, productivity and pressure at preservation of the same engine capacity increases. The only mobile part – a rotor has floating fastening of the bearing on a shaft and does not adjoin to other surfaces that increases the term of operation of the pump.
More than 50 years of Corken delivers the most up-to-date designs on the market of the liquefied gas and ammonia. These designs correspond to the most cruel requirements of the international standards, including Japanese, German and American. Our firm always seriously approaches a safety issue and protection surrounding sredy.corken considers a duty to deliver clients goods only quality, providing long-term accident-free operation.
